Schools

Founded in 1958, the School of Drama was the first educational institution in Shandong to found drama as an academic discipline. The historic school has cultivated many talents. There are 36 faculty and staff members including 29 full-time instructors among whom 2 are professors, 14 are associate professors, and 10 have acquired doctoral degrees. There are currently 631 undergraduate and 84 graduate students, totaling 715.

Areas of Study

(1) Bachelor's degrees:acting, broadcasting and hosting art, theatre and film directing, theatre and film literature, and dramaturgy;

(2) Master's degrees:academic degree areas include the art of directing in theatre, film, and television, the art of scriptwriting in theatre, film, and television, and theatre history and theory studies. Applied degree areas include theatre, film, and television directing, theatre, film, and television scriptwriting, and radio and television art.
