From June 26th to 28th, the founding ceremony of the Art Property Rights Collaborative Innovation Alliance and the 7th Art Law Forum were grandly held at the Changqing Campus of Shandong University of Arts. This event is jointly organized by China Art Law Education Alliance and Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Design for Urban and Rural Environment, and co-hosted by Shandong University of Arts and the Art Law Research Center of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. During the event, Shandong University of Arts, in collaboration with Nanjing University of Arts, Jilin University of the Arts, Yunnan Arts University, Guangxi Arts University, Xinjiang Arts University, Inner Mongolia Arts University, and Anhui University of Arts, jointly initiated the establishment of the "Art Property Rights Collaborative Innovation Alliance".

On the evening of June 26th, the first council meeting of the Art Property Rights Collaborative Innovation Alliance was held.

On June 27th, the opening ceremony of the founding conference of the Art Property Rights Collaborative Innovation Alliance and the 7th Art Law Forum were held. The event specially invited leaders from provincial departments such as the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Department of Education, and the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, as well as over 30 experts and scholars from multiple art colleges across the country, universities in Hong Kong and Macao, enterprises, industry associations, and renowned legal and art fields. Our school's Party Secretary Xu Mei, President Xu Qingfeng, and Vice President Peng Li attended the event. The opening ceremony was presided over by Han Wentao.

The holding of this event marks the official launch of the Art Property Rights Collaborative Innovation Alliance and also indicates that cross-school collaboration and industry-education integration in the field of art rule of law in our country have entered a new stage. The alliance will bring together eight initiating institutions and multiple social forces, delve deeply into academic research, policy consultation and industrial services, continuously build a high-end think tank for art property rights, and contribute to the construction of a strong country in intellectual property rights and a strong country in culture.
