On the evening of September 10, the opening ceremony of the Splendor of the Times — Art Exhibition Celebrating the 65th Anniversary of the Founding of Shandong University of Art and the Teacher's Day themed event was held at Shandong Art Museum. Guided by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, the art exhibition was jointly hosted by Shandong University of Art and Shandong Art Museum. Li Ming, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Education Work Committee of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, announced the opening of the exhibition. Wang Hongyu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong University of Art, Sun Lu, Distinguished Alumni and Secretary of the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and retired Professor Ding Jianjun delivered speeches respectively. The event was hosted by Li Yi, a distinguished alumnus of the university and a renowned host of Shandong Radio and TV Station, and Zhang Xiaojiang, Associate Professor of the School of Drama.
