From June 6 to 7, the outstanding achievement performance of the 5th Pear Blossom Cup National Youth Opera Education and Teaching Achievement Exhibition was held in the Grand Theatre of Changqing Campus, Shandong University of the Arts. More than 20 excellent student programs were presented in two sessions. The participating institutions included 15 secondary vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges and undergraduate universities offering opera majors. The performed repertoires covered over ten opera genres such as Peking Opera, Kunqu Opera, Pu Opera (Puzhou Bangzi), Yue Opera, Yu Opera, Cantonese Opera, Lü Opera, Xi Opera, Liuzi Opera, Shandong Bangzi and Hubei Yuediao.
