On the morning of September 14, the opening ceremony of the New Visions of the Era — Painting Exhibition of Young and Middle-aged Teachers from Shandong University of the Arts was held at Lishan Aesthetic Education Valley. Xu Mei, Secretary of the Party Committee, attended the event and announced the opening of the exhibition, while Peng Li, Vice President, delivered a speech. More than 300 guests attended the opening ceremony, including Chen Guoli, Honorary Chairman of Shandong Oil Painting Society; Sun Jingquan, First-Class Artist; Cui Jian, Senior Arts and Crafts Master of China Industrial Design Association; representatives from Minghu Urban Development (Shandong) Group Co., Ltd. including Sun Xizhu, Deputy General Manager of Minghu Development Group, and Liang Tao, General Manager of Lishan Aesthetic Education Valley Project; Li Zhencai and Yang Qingyi, professors of the university; persons in charge of relevant functional departments and secondary colleges of the university; representatives of exhibiting artists and students; members of the new literary and art groups; and art enthusiasts. The opening ceremony was presided over by Meng Xianping, Director of the Art History Department of the School of Fine Arts.
